The preparation program is hold in 5 occaions, in 4,5 hours blocks per occassion. In a block the detailed discussion of 2-3 knowledge areas of a project management are taking place. The occasions are hold weekly, so in the meantime the participants have opportunity for individual learning. The participants can count in 23 PDU (Professional Development Unit) points for the PMI.

The goal of the course

The goal of the course that the participatants of the preparation program would get the PMI approach and knowledge needed for a successful PMP/CAPM exam. The program is an effective addition to the individual preparation and provides the participants consultation forum in a small size learning group.

Requirements, recommendations

The PMP and CAPM qualification process is aligned by ISO standard, with its core element; the exam. Those applicants can take the exam, who have the required high education grade, the project management practice (4500 hours project management work, at least in 3 years) and theoretical knowledge (at least 35 hours participation in structured prpoject management training(s)) as well.
