Project management methodology

Project manager course: the methodological foundations of successful project management

In a project it quickly becomes obvious when there is no shared picture of the goal, who is responsible for what, when a task is done, or when to step in. These situations are often not solved by a complicated methodology, but by a few project management basics used well. This two-day project manager course walks through the full logic of a project. We look at how an idea becomes a well-defined goal, how the work is broken down, how time is planned, which roles and responsibilities are needed, and how to handle risks, changes and stakeholders. On the course we work through the topics and methodological tools in small groups, on practical tasks.

What will you get from the course?

  • Small-group, in-person teaching
  • Learning from experience, through exercises
  • A trainer who also works as a project manager with clients in everyday practice
  • The chance of an individual consultation with the trainer after the course
  • 16 PDU credits
