Organisational transformation
When goals change, the way of working has to change too
A new strategy, growth, digitalisation or a shifting market: when an organisation’s goals change, the old way of working stops supporting them at some point. Decisions slow down, responsibilities blur, and processes become more cumbersome.
That is when we join as a partner. For more than 30 years we have worked as corporate and organisational consultants, project leaders and trainers in organisation development and digital transformation. More than 25,000 people have taken part in our courses.
For us, consulting does not end when a presentation is handed over. We work with the team and handle the people, business and process sides of change together. We stay until the new way of working is in place and the organisation can carry it on its own.

01 · Digitalisation
Digitalisation and AI adoption
A new system or AI solution does not, by itself, make an organisation more effective. If the processes behind it are cumbersome, roles are unclear, or the team is not ready for the new way of working, technology does not remove those problems. It often makes them more visible.
That is why we work on the organisational and business side of digitalisation alongside the technology: we prepare the processes, clarify the roles that change, and make sure the solution becomes part of day-to-day work.

What we work on
- Assessing digital maturity and building a roadmap
- Preparing the organisation and its processes for AI adoption
- Project management of IT system implementations (ERP, CRM and others)
- Process automation
- AI-based operational improvement with a data-driven, results-oriented approach
How we work
Maturity assessment
We look at where the organisation stands digitally, from processes, systems and data through to the team.
Implementation and organisational readiness
The way of working has to change along with the technology. We involve the people who will later use the new solution in shaping it.
Operation and further development
The work does not end at go-live. We follow how the new system works in practice, refine it where needed, and help plan the next step.
02 · Organisation development
Organisation development and change management
An organisation can outgrow its own structure. What used to work starts slowing decisions, blurring responsibilities, and piling more and more work onto the same people.
Organisation development is therefore not about drawing a new organisation chart. The way of working has to be rethought with owners, leaders and key people, while daily work continues.
Change is unavoidable in a constantly shifting environment. What matters is whether the organisation merely reacts to it or steers it deliberately. The people, business and process sides have to be handled together; otherwise the new way of working often stays on paper.
Our aim is not to deliver documents, but an organisation in which the team can decide, act and develop on its own even when the leader is not in the room.

What we work on
- Rethinking organisational structure and roles
- Clarifying decision levels and areas of responsibility
- Change management: carrying organisational change through and handling internal resistance
- Building a way of working that runs on its own
- Developing leaders and key people so they can support the change
How we work
Situation assessment
We map how the organisation works now, where decisions are made, and which areas need to change.
Intervention and involvement
We design and carry the change through together. The people affected do not receive a finished solution; they take part in shaping it.
Handover and stabilising
We help the new way of working actually settle, so the team can sustain it on its own later.
03 · Process improvement
Process improvement and Lean
An extra approval here, a workaround there, a spreadsheet nobody can quite explain any more. Processes grow more complicated without anyone noticing: lead time increases, work gets duplicated, and people spend more time aligning than moving the task forward.
As process improvement consultants we map what creates real value and what only consumes time, energy or capacity. Lean consulting is not about laying another methodology on top of the existing process. It is about making the way of working itself simpler and clearer.
Lean is not only for manufacturing. It works just as well in office processes, project work, service environments and construction.

How we work

Removing waste
We identify the points where a concrete intervention can make the way of working simpler and more effective.
A new way of working
We introduce and stabilise processes that are simpler, faster and sustainable over the long term.
