From planning to implementation that works
We work with Hungarian and international companies on organisational change, where processes, ways of working and people have to be handled together. That is why our organisation development consulting does not end with a set of recommendations.
From planning through to implementation, we take part in the work: we help build the frameworks, prepare decisions and introduce new ways of working. We work together with our clients and stay until the new way of working is stable enough to be carried forward.

Why clients like working with us
We do not advise from the sidelines — We want to understand how an organisation actually works, not only how it should work according to the process charts. Our consultants therefore work closely with the client team, and take part in implementation when that is needed.
The knowledge has to stay with you — We do not want to build a system that only works while we are there. We work so that the method, the decision logic and the practical knowledge gradually become part of the organisation.
We teach what we use ourselves — Our trainers are active consultants and project managers. Courses therefore do not start from textbook examples: we talk about the same situations we meet on client projects.
The interesting part starts after the plan — A new operating model, process or methodology does not exist just because the presentation is finished. Implementation, fine-tuning and engaging people are at least as important a part of our work.
We bring an international professional background — As a PMI Authorized Training Partner and the only IIBLC exam centre in Hungary, we work to international professional standards, while always tailoring our solutions to how each organisation works.
