Project management methodology

Programme and portfolio management

When more and more projects run in parallel in an organisation, leading each of them well is no longer enough. It also has to be clear how they connect to strategic goals, which initiatives create the most value, and how the available resources should be shared between them. Project portfolio management helps create a system for that. On the course we go through the concepts of programme and portfolio management, the full process model, and the related roles, tasks and responsibilities.

  • 2 training days (16 hours in total, 9:00–17:00), with 16 PDU credits
