Process management and Lean foundations – Green Belt

In a process it is easy to get used to steps that have always been there. Approvals, waiting, repeated data entry, unnecessary movement or rework become part of daily work, and after a while they look normal. On the Lean course you learn how to make that waste visible, how to analyse the whole process, and which tools can make the way of working simpler, faster and more stable. For us, Lean is not only a manufacturing method. Szinergia is the only IIBLC exam centre in Hungary. The curriculum is aligned with the requirements of the IIBLC Green Belt certification.
