Since the establishment of our company, that is in eleven years, more than 6000 people have participated in one of our training programs

The practical experience gathered through our work is constantly organized, evaluated and compared to international trends and tendencies. Based on this, we hold company / individual (open) courses and provide tailored consulting services.

Tailored: Those courses where participants come from the same company, the training program is tailored to the organization’s needs both in content and form. Based on our experience, this is the best way to assemble training course packages that meet the participants’ needs and client’s goals.

Learning by experience: Participants on our programs play an active role and actively shape the course. They are given the opportunity to learn applicable methods, techniques by applying them on sample projects and in different exercises; they can also share experiences and questions.

Methodology and leadership knowledge: Methodological (hard) elements and those that aim at developing leadership skills (soft) (e.g. management of conflicts, leadership styles, group roles – group operation, motivation, negotiation techniques, organizational culture, etc.) and their combination in practice, are well balanced in our complete training curriculum.

Form and place of the course: With this method based on learning by experience, the form and place of the training course is a very important aspect. We strongly recommend the staying-in form, if possible for the following professional and human reasons:

  • Taken from their usual environment, participants are better able to concentrate and focus on the given subject and, thus, there is a greater opportunity to acquire a deeper understanding both in time and content.
  • The time spent together as a group is very intensive (especially in the evenings) and this gives room to personal discussions, sharing of experiences and positively influences further teambuilding.

Expected results: As a result of the course, participants acquire skills, experience and knowledge that, when used whether as a project leader or a member, will contribute to more efficiently managed and well-balanced projects with effective use of resources and clear objectives.
