Quick Operational Diagnosis

With the involvement of the company’s management and key personnel we conduct a quick diagnosis. As a result of a couple of days’ intensive analysis and workshops, we identify efficiency improvement opportunities (quick wins), and define business processes aligned to the company’s vision that can be implemented on the long run.


This service can provide a quick, focused efficiency improvement by enabling us to come up with recommendations for operational change at an early stage of the project: within the first two weeks, as the project starts with a couple of days of intensive assessment and workshops. In this short period of time, we are also able to determine the priority of the necessary tasks and activities.

The quick operational diagnosis defines short term efficiency improvement opportunities by speeding up the BPR process, and defines the processes that have to be implemented in the long run if we are to achieve the company’s vision.
