Every change involves several risks. In order to protect our clients against possible failures deriving from neglected risks, in the course of our process reengineering projects, in addition to the process change designs, we also examine the possible risk factors. Risks are then logically grouped, and methods and procedures are put in place to mitigate them.
In connection with our process assessment and process design activities we provide risk assessment and management services to several clients of ours. Every change can carry risks, these neglected can cause the failure of process improvement projects.
Our approach enables us in parallel to process changes to also examine the possible risk changes involved. With the knowledge of possible and newly arising sources of danger, by continuously monitoring their values we can identify risks in time. Following the appropriate grouping of risks, we recommend methods and procedures for mitigation. We assess the various risks involved in IT system implementations: human, business and technical risks, and threats deriving from possible changes of the external environment.
We set up a monitoring system to keep track of the efficiency of measures taken as a result of our risk management recommendations. The continuous maintenance of the system and keeping it up-to-date ensures an operation as required by law, international expectations and by contracts, quick response to internal and external risks, up-to-date risk documentation and clearly assigns responsibilities.
