Preparation of Feasibility Studies and Business Proposals

We help our clients in the foundation of business decisions that need considerable professional preparation. We examine and summarize in written form the effects of the factors that can influence a business decision.

It is a big responsibility to make decisions about starting a new business, setting up a company, introducing company-wide changes, moving into new markets and striving for any changes regarding the course of business. These decisions have to be well founded. Our company provides help in the foundation of these decisions; as a result of our analysis we reveal the hidden risks of change, explore return options and pay-back periods for investments, and several other considerations that can ensure the success of ideas and goals. The outcome of our analysis is delivered in the form of a feasibility study.

Business case is a special form of a feasibility study. This document is the starting point and driver of change, it contains suggested actions and steps that are essential to achieve the objectives in line with business strategy from the point of view of the company’s human resources, business processes and technological infrastructure.

A clear, well-defined vision forms the basis for a business case to be able to initiate real and successful changes. The preparation of a business case consists of two stages, the first being the elaboration of an initial business case and the second of a refined business case.

The initial business case covers a high level overview and analysis of value propositions, and an assessment of the company’s ability to change. This document provides the basis for the management to make decisions about change and to help prioritize the necessary tasks.

Following a more specific definition of the company’s vision, the refined business case is elaborated. This contains short and long term efficiency improvement opportunities, cost analysis of the same, evaluation and suggested mitigation of risks. This document serves as basis for finalizing the change plan and the method of implementation.
