Training in small groups is one of the most effective methods for the development of skills and capabilities of individuals. During these trainings, the program is tailored to the requirements of a group of 8-12 people. The small group enables participants to develop their skills, and - in the long run - their attitude in a secure environment, in a sincere, practical way and tailored to their needs.

During leadership competency development we lay special emphasis on the acquisition of knowledge that can be readily applied. We use training elements that enable participants to learn and practice different management tools in a low risk environment.

- Presentations and practice sessions alternate with each other in a proportion of 20/80%
- We use different questionnaires and tests to provide opportunity for self-examination
- We work individually, in pairs and in groups
