"Man can alter his life by altering his thinking."

(William James)

During our work organizational development is not the goal itself, but one aspect of the complex tasks of organizational learning. We believe that a change can only be successful in long term, if the people are involved and commited to the changing process. We support our clients in understanding and dealing with the inhibitory factors and resistance of change.

Our goal is to improve organizational effectiveness in order to support long-term organizational learning processes during which we handle the challenges of changing with system approach.

Key organizational development services:

  • We hold a mirror and provide feedback: we help the organization, individuals and groups with information and data that show a more complete and realistic image of themselves. This feedback can help and prepare the ground for lasting change.
  • We provide participation and involvement: we use methods that enable the widest possible participation in strategy development, goal setting, exploration of new opportunities, or quality improvement. These methods help the organization and its employees improve their self-confidence and performance.
  • We help explicitly formulate norms: we bring those norms to the surface that determine everyday behaviour. Through the analysis of norms and behavior we identify the undesirable or dysfunctional norms that obstruct organizational efficiency.
  • We help develop interactions and communication: we develop and make the organization conscious of the existing style and technique of individual and group communication.
  • We establish real and stronger accountability: during our work, we can facilitate the clarification of roles and responsibilities and create the stimulating harmony between performance and recognition.
  • We can raise the levels of energy and optimism within the organization: our organizational development methods, based on wide involvement, motivate and inspire those affected since they make important and common decisions regarding their own future.
  • Long-term changes: we support achieving real, long-term changes which have noticeable effects on the operation
