Szinergia was founded in 1994. It is a business of fully Hungarian common ownership in the area of management consulting and training.
In our mission, we have defined the essence of our synergic collaboration: we help organizations and their employees successfully adapt to the changes of their environment, and enable them to generate these changes because we believe that those organizations will succeed in the future which are well-prepared and are able to effectively control their change initiatives.
In our work, these four steps: understanding of the situation, search for solutions, execution and the application of experiences is realized in a cyclical self-strengthening process. This enables us to share our management consulting and project management experience with our clients both in our training programs and during the execution of projects.
We successfully provide services in management consulting, organizational development, project management, project audit, quality assurance, planning and implementation of project organizations and project-oriented operation. Furthermore, in the last 11 years more than 6000 people have participated in one of our individual or team competency development trainings.
We are confident that the success of an organization lies mainly in the people working in it. Our goal is to make projects successful by the synergic operation of the people’s experience working in it and the knowledge of our consultants. The joint effort with our clients creates value for them whether it is consulting or training. We take responsibility for that.

Our company is a member of several international professional entities, and our people continuously participate in national and international trainings in order to be ready to provide an extensive palette of solutions and services.
Our company was the first to become in Hungary a Registered Education Provider of the Project Management Institute (PMI). Several of our people are internationally registered (PMI, IPMA) project consultants.
Szinergia Ltd., since September 2002, has been operating a quality management system – that is accredited and continuously monitored by an independent third party, and fulfills the requirements of the MSZ ISO 9001:2001 standard.
